How can you tell when stouffers frozen vegetable lasagna is done cooking?

I only put it on 350 degrees though it calls for 400. I know the obvious answer is after the amount of time on the box but I'm afraid that since it's on a lower tempereture that it will be undercooked but if I leave it in it will overcook.
