WOW, MAtt Cell making 10 million a year now?

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. They played 1 freakin season in a terrific system with terriffic players and now he signs a 6 year 6 million dollar contract with 40 million guaranteed? He hasnt even played 1 single game for the chiefs yet and already they locked him in till 2014 or longer. I am seriously speechless on this. Will some of you guys say something please!!!!
