Whats bait to use in my little pond?

Hi i live in southwest floida on the coast and I am fishing behing my house in a medium sized pond/lake. Its pretty shallow, and mostly clear water. Theres a lot of Talapia in there but im going for the largemouth b. In the lake there is not a lot of vegitation. There are a couple sets of lilly pads here and there but nothing substantle. There is a bug patch of reeds though but i really cant cast in front of them on land? I am wondering what to use. I have used Zoom watermelon worms, Zara Spook, and Rapala rattlin as bait now? I havent caught anything yet so please help me out on what to buy or use as bait?
