Swelling in my lips??!!?

Im a "pretty healthy" 39 year old male and for about 2 weeks my lips will swell up in certain places and a couple of hours later it go's back to normal. My diet has not changed nor have we (wife) changed detergent or softener. Someone PLEASE help!!
