I have a 2007 Grand Prix, there is water sloshing in the dash but none leaking inside.?

Someone said the ac drain tube is probably clogged. Does anyone know where this is located? We've looked but aren't seeing it anywhere. Also when the air cond. is used there is never any condensation on the ground so I'm sure this is the problem. Thanks
