I want to loose wieght but its hard?

look at yoru mother as an example of what you do NOT want to turn into. Make your own healthy meals, and exercise on your own everyday. I recommend running, but mostly WEIGTH LIFTING. weight training converts fat into muscle, even hours after you stop working out. It does the work for you. That, along with resistance exercises for your abs, shoudl have you to your goal weight. Incorporate lots of fruit and veggies into your diet, and try to work out as much as you can per week. (You can lift weights while wathcing tv!) don't let your mom influence how you will look. once you are buff so to speak, you'll be glad that you took this path. good luck!
