Anxiety disorder......?

i would advice you to work on your self confidence. try to focuse on the good things about you and not the bad ones. try to get some books in the library for people around your age on how to build self confidence and things like that. when you feel ready try to stay active in things like community service or a school club, hobbie... something that brings satisfaction. i hope this helped.
