2 Baby Name Questions??? Juliet(ta) and Raleigh?

looking at it, i would pronounce it Rah-lee, since there isnt anything suggesting that Ra would make the ray sound, but I really dont like the sound of either of them, rah-lee sounds unattractive and ray-lee sounds like a made up version of hailey. as for Juliet, keep it as Juliet, its a beautiful name, I dont like Julieta.
