HELP!Birthmark-like thing on arm after flight plz help?

Ok so im only 13 and i just came of a flight tht lasted 6 hours , this morning but iv noticed this medium sized blotch on my arm tht kinda looks like a port wine stain and it wont go away wat is it plx help x
