Do you think that it's possible to be a human being and not be racially prejudiced?

I'm not saying everyone is a hard-core closet racist, but i think that everyone has made umptions about other people at some point or another based on race. Whether this be negative or positive... What do you think? Should people try to repress these presumptions about others? Why is this any worse than judging someone based on or what they're wearing?
